We are not a care agency and we do not employ carers.
1. Browse carers
Clients can browse available carer profiles, including experience, services offered, and availability.
2. Send an enquiry
If you find a suitable carer, you can contact us using the enquiry form or email.
3. Introduction
We introduce you to the carer so you can speak directly and discuss your needs.
4. Agree your arrangement
You agree directly with the carer on:
- Duties
- Hours
- Location
- Pay
- Start date
5. Ongoing care
Once agreed, the care arrangement is managed directly between you and the carer.

We do not:
- employ carers
- manage care arrangements
- supervise carers
- provide medical or nursing services
Clients are responsible for carrying out their own checks before hiring a carer.
